I was given the opportunity to lease another Prius with the help of Johnny who was extremely professional. He was the one who made me changed my mind to renew my lease after he gave me the numbers and it was sensible to do this rather than buy my previous car. I'm extremely happy and pleased with all the services I have done through this dealership. I had dealings with the Glendale area toyota since I have an old RAV 4 over there, the waiting time to be seen by somebody to receive my car upon arrival, even with an appointment, was an hour.
Tony and Johnny were very good to me and my husband and my sister, who also leased a car early this year. First, I was not happy because of the dark interior but now I'm getting used to it. Johnny told me that it doesn't get dirty easily which is very true.

I wanted to forward on comments about my wonderful experience at Toyota of Kirkland! The only negative thing I can think of is we had someone approach the car very closely when we first pulled up. I'm all for greeting the customer right away, and I understand why it's especially important in your business but he made me a little uncomfortable.
After that one tiny thing everything was amazing. I was referred to Gallo by a friend and ran into Dave Bradley who looked into it and found out that Gallo had the day off. Dave offered to help us in Gallo's absence and did a great job. He really listened to what I was looking for and I felt like he wanted to find the perfect car for me, not just make the sale. When the 2010 Corolla that I had come in to look at didn't meet my expectations Dave brainstormed to find other options in my budget and opened me up to the idea of leasing. I had to look around still but ended up coming back the very next day to lease a 2013 Corolla S.
When I came back he introduced Gallo who finished the process for us and again, I got the feeling that everyone was happy to see me so excited about my new car, not just the fact that they had sold something. The rest of the process was simple and quick and much less painless than I expected. Tiffany, our finance lady took the time to make sure I really understood everything since leasing is new to me.
All in all, a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back to Toyota of Kirkland and wouldn't hesitate to send friends there. I absolutely love my new car, thanks!!!

I was surprised how hassle free my experience was with Stephanie, Danny, and Dave (I believe it was Dave). They helped me and my wife lease a 4Runner 2013 which we were not considering leasing at the time. We felt after our conversation with Stephanie and Dave that leasing wasn't a scary way to get into a new car.
All of them were exceptional and personable. They did not pressure us into anything we didn't want and they were just "real" with us. If we had someone who was too salesy or pretentious we would have probably left the lot without a car. Trust me, I went to 4 other lots before yours and we walked out. I respect sales people because I am one of them in the engineering industry.
Those three people should be made of an example and kept in your organization. Thank you for putting customer service first. Take care of this aspect and positive sales will come!

Galo Martinez. I ran a business in downtown Kirkland for 25 years and my family 25 years before me. I know the sales process -on both sides- is tough and can be unendingly feel like a punishment until you come across a rewarding experience.
I'm not going to drown you in detail but please know that for over a year Galo kept in contact with me in a non-harassing way and held my attention. There are 15-20 options in our state to buy a Toyota and Galo is the reason I returned to your store.
He's top shelf and if I were in a position to offer him a job I would. Keep him and treat him well. Not once did I feel he was saying something to rush the sale or push me in a direction that I didn't want to go.
Michael. -2nd salesperson-
Michael was equally good but he really just filled Galo's shoes for the actual sales. I don't mean to diminish his involvement because I feel he helped me feel equally comfortable.

In less than 5 minutes after I introduced myself to him and explained my situation he had me comfortably seated, assessed and engendered a sale scenario. Good guy, a keeper.
Overall.
Galo. He's the reason I came back. In the long term I would be disappointed if I came back in couple years to find him still selling cars and not in the contract room.
Side note... Peter was my first point of contact with the dealership two years ago and the reason I returned to find Galo. Peter is a great guy and a very good salesperson

We just bought an SE Toyota highlander last Saturday from Peter and I have to say in all the years buying vehicles this was by far the most incredible experience we have ever had! We have six month old twins that keep us extremely busy so I had called and asked for a tenured sales consultant. I was so pleased that Peter answered my call! I told him our time was limited due to our twins but that we were interested in a new highlander. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. Every question I had over the phone he was able to answer. After many calls to Toyota of Seattle and Tacoma and speaking to sales associates that did not call me back and to be quite honest didn't take me seriously I knew when speaking to Peter he was our guy!
We drove in around 3 p.m. on Saturday and he had our highlander ready for us to drive home. He could tell we had our hands full as we were feeding our twins while we were waiting for finance so he bought us lunch! We hadn't eaten anything all day and this by far exceeded our expectations!
We love our new highlander and it's perfect for our new family. We have already told our neighbors and family about our experience with Peter, Rachel, and Toyota of Kirkland. Thank you Peter for this amazing experience and please know that we will only buy our future vehicles from you!

Lars, Ethan and Sam all did an excellent job. I was so impressed with the service that I received while in the dealership and also communicating over the phone with Lars that I actually purchased from Kirkland Toyota even though you didn't offer the lowest price on the vehicle that I purchased. Lars did a great job not pushing the sale on me and gave me honest feedback on my questions and concerns. He is a great employee and represents your business well.

I’m writing in response to your request for comments after we recently purchased a new car at Toyota-Scion of Kirkland.
We arrived at the showroom hoping to buy a new car, probably a Prius, while trading in two older cars, a 2002 Lexus ES300 and a 1996 Corvette LT1. A salesman, Efran Torres met us at the door, and over the course of a few hours showed us several models, such as Prius, Camry, and Avalon. We have previously leased/owned a 1997 Camry XLS and a 2000 Avalon XLS, so we were accustomed to very comfortable and very well appointed Toyota vehicles. Eventually, we decided to purchase a 2013 Avalon Hybrid Limited.
During this experience, Efran was outstanding in the courtesy, friendliness, and accommodation he showed us. He exerted no pressure on us and listened with unusual skill to our comments. He deftly handled the negotiations for a final price, provided us with lunch, and sincerely answered all the questions we brought up. When it was time for us to leave, he showed us how to use several features, such as initializing the Bluetooth feature and adding all the names in my wife’s cellphone.
All in all, we had a great experience in buying a new Avalon at your dealership. The Avalon is an amazing hybrid, and Efran is an outstanding sales representative. When we show friends and family our new Avalon, we will also give high credit to your dealership.

Our experience with Toyota of Kirkland was excellent. Everyone was professional, helpful, well-informed, and friendly. We underestimated the time it would take to check out the car we ultimately purchased, so ended up keeping the staff at the dealership well past closing and they seemed happy to do so (though we felt terrible). They bent over backwards on the administrative side when my wife had to leave early before all the paperwork could be completed to get our daughters to sleep for school the next day.
Lars even drove me home (to South Seattle) at 11pm since my wife had taken the car home ... all on his day off! Then he came back to South Seattle to finish up the paperwork with us and deliver a cargo mat.
Can't say enough about Lars' professionalism and going the extra mile (literally) for us given our many special requests around scheduling and staying late etc. His style with us worked perfectly; never pushy, never over eager, and extremely honest. The floor manager and Tiffany in finance were both very well-informed, so helpful, and also accommodated the lateness of the hour with grace.
Nothing but the highest marks for Toyota of Kirkland.

I am writing to inform you of how my experience was at Toyota of Kirkland (TOK) in January of 2013.
My experience with Johnny (Nguyen? spelling I'm not sure about) was amazing! From the second we met him (which was in November of 2012), we felt he was not pushy, he was honest, and completely down-to-earth. He let us know about all our options, and gave us a very nice run-down of each option of the different Prius'. On top of this, Johnny has an amazing personality. He is funny, caring, and genuine in his approach. So much so I didn't feel comfortable past a few minutes at other local Toyota dealerships, that I quickly returned to TOK and requested that Johnny help us with purchasing the right Prius for my needs. I felt he wasn't going to 'jip' us or 'force' me into anything I didn't want to do, which is more than I can say for other local places I went to.
I think the best part about our entire experience was that Johnny was not only sweet, genuine, and caring in his demeanor and approach, but he truly went above and beyond our expectations! I have purchased two cars prior to my experience at TOK, and while I was younger and arguably less experienced at knowing what to ask for in purchasing a car, Johnny treated us with the utmost respect and dignity, and spent extra time answering our 'silly' questions and did NOT ever make us feel inferior or 'dumb'.
My experience at TOK was amazing. I can honestly say so long as I stay in this area, in the future, you can certainly expect to see me again down the road for when my family need other cars :).
Again, we loved Johnny and are grateful we were matched with him! I can truly say I don't think I could have asked for anything more in my experience (or my car!) Johnny is an amazingly-terrifically-awesomely-awesome sales person and I hope you give him a raise or some kind of bonus!!! And yes, I am serious. He is great and I wouldn't have purchased my car if he wasn't our sales guy :).

James, overall I had a good experience. The buying experience started out a bit tough. I spoke with Zach in sales about a very specific (and hard to find!) red automatic FR-S. He gave me price after specials on that specific car. Unfortunately when I came into buy it, the price was higher than agreed upon.... that's never good. This was because the car had window tinting and ding protection. Zach should have known that.
However, after I got over that initial displeasure, Justin in sales took good care of me. He sped me through the process (I hate waiting when buying a car) and had me in and out in under an hour... he helped get me through finance on a busy day. The car is a Christmas present for my son, and Justin gave a fantastic delivery experience for my son... showed him how everything works and agreed with my son that the FR-S is one fantastic little sportscar!

I was quite satisfied with my experience with TOK. This is my second vehicle purchase at TOK. I worked with Anna and the thing I appreciated most was her non aggressive sales approach.
My approach this time around was budget first, comfort, fuel economy, safety and appearance. In that order. I did not want anybody "selling" me a car. I wanted someone that would listen to what I was looking for and answer my questions. Anna did just that.
I am going to give my other car to my son. I needed to take care of getting new floor mats, a service on my car and scheduling a detail. Anna took care of all of that before I left.
I hope she is still available when I am looking for my next car.

We just picked up our new Scion xB today. Just want to let you know that Peter Hubris is excellent representative of your company. Peter provides outstanding customer service and was able to handle multiple customers in the showroom who were present at the same time. We were originally planning to purchase a sedan but after listening to our comments and needs, he directed us to an xB which turned out to be the best choice for us.
It is a nice touch to have an individual at the outside of the entrance to greet and direct your customers.

I'm writing to let you know about my experience purchasing a 2012 Toyota Cambry Hybrid XLE last Sunday.
The bottom line is that I'm very pleased with my experience and will recommend your dealership and my salesperson, Peter Hubris, to others. I can easily see why Peter is one of your top associates. I had special needs (a car that had some time to off-gas, an impatient child with me) and he did a great job accommodating them, even offering to buy us dinner during the wait for our paperwork. The negotiation felt fair, straightforward, and hassle-free. The only bump was a long wait to get in to see the finance gal, but we understood that it was the end of Black Friday weekend and very busy. Everyone was apologetic, and the gal that handled our paperwork (I'm sorry that I don't recall her name; she's a pretty platinum blonde) was very pleasant and got us through the paperwork in record time.
I've owned two previous Camrys, including the original Hybrid. The first thing Peter told me was what a great job Toyota has done with the new model, and I agree. It's a gorgeous car and a dream to drive. My only concern is that I have yet to see MPG get above 30. I appreciate any tips you can offer there.
Finally, as a marketing communications professional, I applaud your creative idea of donating to the Boys & Girls Club in exchange for customer feedback--and I appreciate it, since my daughter goes there.

My husband's assistant experienced the same when she went to Rodland and ended up purchasing through Kirkland Toyota so she recommended we do the same ... she was so right! It was awesome. Gus was a great guy and really new how to sell. He got me in the truck I wanted without being pushy or anything like that. He also did a great job with his follow up. Both sales managers I dealt with were great(don’t recall their names). Rachel was quick and efficient and made the tail end of my experience great. My only suggestion would be to make the dealership nicer but the sales mgr. told me that was already in the works. If I get another Toyota, Gus is my guy.

Just a note to let you know that in my car buying experience - the other day was a FAR more tolerable experience than ever before, even better than the last toyota i bought from your dealership 7 years ago.
I appreciate the fact that for once I felt that what I wanted and needed was acknowledged and respected (as opposed to Bellevue toyota who kept nodding at my request, then showing me something entirely different and WAY more expensive).
My only negatives, which is universal with all car dealerships and more a criticism of the system not your dealership:
* The price bartering method of buying a new car needs to go. I would avoid it at all costs if I could. That is the only change I would ask... make it possible to just buy a car like you buy anything else - for one price that is clear and without hidden fees - without the "game".
* Have basic models available without any extras.
But Zak worked really, really hard with us - coming in on his day off to accommodate us. He is great!

We purchased a new 2013 Venza XLE this past weekend from Toyota of Kirkland. Our experience was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make the experience pleasurable. Gasshan Hakim was our sales person and was most helpful and provided wonderful customer service as did Tiffany Brooks of the credit department and floor manager.
The only place I see room for improvement came the day I came to pick up my car. Because we chose not to fill out all the credit reports in order to drive the car off the lot that day I had to bring in a cashier check the following day. When I arrived neither my sales person or the credit manager I had worked with the previous day were there, nobody seemed to know what to do. To be fair I had arranged to meet Ghassan at Noon but an unexpected sales appointment came up that required me to go in earlier. Ghassan was called in, he rushed in to help and was able to process things professionally, quickly and get me on my way.
To recap, my experience was nothing but positive. I would recommend Toyota of Kirkland and return for future car purchases. Thanks you.

My visit exceeded my expectations. I came in worried about damage and overuse costs for my lease highlander. My salesman, Roger Carr, was a perfect match for my style. He was professional, factual, low pressure, and very helpful. He gave me an option that wouldn’t have occurred to me, that feels like a perfect fit. The sales manager, and finance agent were both also great to work with.
In retrospect, this treatment will give you a serious edge on two additional sales or leases in the next 3 years. The treatment I received buying a car $500 less per month was excellent. The team could have lost interest due to the total value ($40,000 versus $7,000) and treated me like a second class citizen. That was far from the case. I will be back in about a year for my wife and myself in 3 years when this lease is up.

As you may know, this is the second Prius I have purchased from HOK. I specifically sought out David Bradley to talk to about the purchase of my second Prius because of my satisfaction dealing with him when I bought my first one. I was not yet decided on which car I would purchase, the Prius or the Nissan Leaf. (Early on I had ruled out the Chevy Volt because it was too wide to fit into our crowded garage.) The Nissan dealer had some very attractive incentives to offer and I was leaning in that direction after test driving the Leaf. The Prius is a much more comfortable car. My wife and I ended up with a Prius 4 with a solar roof, a higher end model than we were initially considering. David exudes an attitude of honesty and seems more intelligent than other sales people I have come across. He appears to be a caring family man, without making a particular point of it. If I were to purchase another car at some future time, David Bradley would be the guy I would go to, assuming a Toyota product would be in the running.

After a lot of shopping around, I bought 2 cars from Stephanie last week. 1 I knew what I wanted right away, the other vehicle I had no idea. Stephanie showed me options that fit my needs, patiently allowed me to test drive them, and helped make the experience easy for my husband who was not able to take the time to shop with me (we had to take the car to him to try). Though very knowledgable about the cars, I really respected that if I asked a question that she might not know the answer to that she told me that, and found the answer for me. I don't like pushy sales people - she was nothing like this. Patient and helpful - yet her persistence landed my business in the end.

I have to say that my experience with Toyota of Kirkland was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. My daughter and I were both looking to purchase a new vehicle, and I had contacted many dealerships prior to TOK, but I never felt they really listened to what it was we needed. They pushed more expensive cars on me, models I wasn’t interested in, and some of them were not forthcoming with the cars invoice prices. They also started bombarding me with emails and phone calls, even though I had specifically requested to be contacted via email only.
I had been leaning towards buying a 2012 Ford Focus SEL for myself, and a 2012 Ford Fiesta for my daughter. We really wanted to trade in our SUV gas-guzzlers in for “gas sippers”. I felt that 30 – 35 mpg city was the best I could do in our price ranges.
My father then mentioned to me that Toyota made good cars, and I should at least take a look at what deals were being offered at that time.
I contacted TOK via the website, and Elizabeth Shircore responded to my request. She offered to stay late to help us when we came in to look at cars, and she ended up staying almost 2 hours past the time she was supposed to be off. We test drove the Prius C, and were just blown away by the car’s 51mpg city, as well as all the very cool technological features. The price was reasonable, and we were really interested. I still wanted to test drive the Ford models first, though.
The Fords were very nice, and the prices were hard to beat, about $4,000 less than the Prius, and we were really leaning towards going with Ford. But I wanted to give TOK another shot at convincing me why I should buy the Prius C instead. We went in and met with Elizabeth again, and we went over the lease deals, and started talking numbers. After a lot of negotiating (almost 4 hours), TOK stepped up and was able to work the 2 deals so that my daughter and I were happy with the final selling prices, the monthly payments, and the trade-in values we were given.
Working with Elizabeth was a very relaxed, no-pressure experience, and I could tell right off the bat that she truly wanted us to get the best cars for the best prices. She was very knowledgeable, and if she didn’t know the answer to a question, she immediately went and found it for us. In the end, her patience, warm personality, and the fact that we had come to trust her, were a big part of helping us to decide to buy from Toyota.
She deserves a big raise and a promotion! She is a wonderful representative for Toyota, and we really hope Toyota recognizes her for that.
The rest of the TOK employees we talked to or interacted with were all so pleasant and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel like valued customers. It was really a wonderful experience dealing with TOK, and they have earned our loyalty for any future car purchases we make!

Dear Mr. Roes,
I thought my salesman, Tommy Pan, did a great job selling us our fully loaded 2012 Toyota Sienna AWD Limited. I appreciated his honesty, willingness to work with us, and friendly demeanor. He gave good advice, and did a great job explaining the entire minivan to us. Most importantly, we left feeling like we got a good deal on the minivan.
The only minor snafu was that I had to wait a very long time this past Sunday to see the finance guy. Apparently one finance guy was sick, and I know that the showroom was crowded with a lot of people trying to take advantage of the red tag clearance and 0% apr on that Sunday, the second to last day of the promotion.
I took my family to dinner, came back, it must have been at least 3 hours, which passed before we were seen. They apparently did call for us while we outside with minivan as Tommy was trying to kill time and keep us entertained, but still, that is way too long to wait. When we finally saw the finance guy, he was great.

There is ABSOLUTELY nothing you could do to have improved your service.
I knew I was going to purchase a Prius, could not make up my mind between Plug-In or not. After visiting 2 other Toyota dealers in the area and much time on the computer trying to compare models and packages, I finally found Elizabeth. What a breath of fresh air. After one e-mail with her, I suspected that we would purchase from her. We met, spoke for a bit of time, when she didn't know an answer she didn't try to bullshit her way through but said, she didn't know and would find the answer.
Although I had some very specific needs (bordering on the absurd I will admit) Elizabeth made the entire process of purchasing my new Toyota Plug-In just about stress free. Out of 1-10 with 10 being excellent, my experience (with much of the praise to Elizabeth and Kim, in the finance department,) was and I am sure will continue to be a 10+.

Over at your Kirkland store we dealt with Lars who was a our sales person, and the Sales manager (I believe ) Lin.
Our experience was excellent all the way through. Prior to arrival I had done an extensive amount of research on the vehicle and its fair valuation price for purchase. I was clear that I had a price point I really wanted to be at and presented my research. Lin was fabulous and we reached a deal in no time flat without any annoying back and forth.
Lars was very polite and friendly and a joy to work with. Compared to my purchase experience with another brand at another store it was a welcome difference between night and day. Not your typical car buying experience to be sure!!!
Both Lin and Lars deserve nothing short of 100% satisfaction for their CSI ratings.

I would love to give feedback about my new car purchase experience at Toyota of Kirkland.
I want to thank TOK for making my car buying experience, dare I say, "pleasant!" Last time I purchased a car at a Ford Dealership in Kirkland, it was not a good experience and I put off buying a new car just to avoid that horrible situation.
I started online via CarsDirect and was immediately sent an email by Tony Pho. I was then quickly contacted by Blake Bleiberman who corresponded with me for a couple of days answering my questions, etc. (Several area dealerships contacted me, but TOK stood out because of the letter sent so professionally by Tony and the quick response by Blake).
I made an appointment and met with Blake, who was incredible. He worked hard to find the car I wanted and made the negotiation process and buying process go very smoothly. He just made me feel relaxed, not pressured, etc. He was extremely professional while being very personable.
Your finance manager, Daniel Gonzales was also fantastic. He was able to get me a better rate than what I had been pre-approved for through my credit union, and made that part of the car buying process go quickly, and pleasantly as well.
You didn't have the exact car I wanted in stock, but Blake and your manager found it and arranged to have it brought to TOK, the very next day.
I picked up my new Prius IV on Friday, and Blake was there to go over of the bells and whistles with me to ensure that I knew what everything was. Your manager, and I'm sorry I don't have his name, came out to do a final once over and to congratulate me on my new vehicle as well.
I purchased the car I wanted, at what feels like a fare price, which is far better than my last car buying experience where I left feeling bullied, belittled and cheated.
Thank you so much for a great experience and a great car! I have already told numerous colleagues about the great service.

I LOVED working with Toyota of Kirkland. Had a rotten experience the day before at Michael's in Bellevue. I was completely surprised by the customer service at Toyota of Kirkland. Johnny Nugyen spent as much time with me as I requested so that I could slice and dice the lease in my own Excel spreadsheet. He educated me far beyond what I would have expected. His counterpart at Michael's gave me "attitude" because I asked for detailed information about the lease I was contemplating.
Sam was an exceptionally respectful and helpful salesman. He kept me informed through the process, and answered all my questions. He keep the process moving with the least amount of inconvenience to me. I never felt like I was being "sold", but rather educated through the process. I would definitely ask for him again in the future.
I was very impressed with your treatment of families with kids who show up at your dealership. I honestly thought that someone had brought a bunch of kids to have a birthday party at your dealership! I've never seen such wonderful treatment of kids who would otherwise be quite annoying.
I did not encounter anyone at your dealership that I would call sleazy like I did at Hyundai and Ford. I had a great experience at your dealership and have told my friends about it. Looking forward to your new building!

Before going to Toyota of Kirkland, I spent 4 hours at Toyota of Lake City. People there were very pushy and tried to charge me for "Green Car Package", which is basically Toyota Care, free service from Toyota itself. I left with a headache spending 4 horrible hours there. I thought all the dealerships were like that. I was terrified to go to another dealership. But then the next day I got a call from Toyota of Kirkland's employee Zack Cleveland telling me they had exact car I wanted. He even offered to take few pictures for me since the color of the color was very unusual and he wasn't sure if I ever saw it in person. After talking to my husband, we decided to give dealerships another chance. But this time, I wanted to do all the negotiations about the price on the phone. I called Toyota of Kirkland and talked to Tony Pho, Sales Manager. I told him the price I wanted and he agreed. I was amazed because it took me 4 hours at Toyota of Lake City to negotiate the price, and here at Toyota of Kirkland it took me 2 minutes and the price was actually slightly better. When my husband and I got to the dealership, we were helped by Stephanie Freer and Zack Cleveland. Both of them were very friendly and helpful, answered all the questions we had and helped us through the process. My husband and I are very satisfied with their work. I only wished that the whole process didn't take that long, but I am not sure if anyone would have been able to speed it up. When the time came to financial part of the process, we were helped by Daniel Gonzales. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I also liked his outgoing personality, which made the atmosphere relaxed. After that, we met again with Stephanie Freer who taught us and showed us all the necessary things we needed to know about our car. At the end of the day, we had our beautiful car and were very happy with the purchase. I can't even think of a single thing I didn't like about Toyota of Kirkland, I am very satisfied and happy with my purchase. If I were to rate Tony Pho, Stephanie Freer, Zack Cleveland, or Daniel Gonzales, I would give them all 10 out of 10 points. Thank you all very much!

I had a great experience with your company recently. My mom's old car began to have problems so my siblings and I decided to buy a used car for her. My sister and I went to several dealerships and could not find anything decent to drive in our price category. Since I have given Mom my cars when I bought new ones in the past, I decided that I should go ahead and just buy a new one. I drove from Mt. Vernon to Kirkland hoping to get a specific Camry I had seen online. When I arrived at the dealership, I was disappointed to find out that car had been sold that morning. Peter Tok began to show me 2010 and 2011 models of the Camry. He devoted all his time to me and made sure I wasn't thirsty or hungry. We spent about 3 hours driving used and new vehicles. I decided to buy a 2012 Camry due to Peter's guidance and assistance. He was knowledgeable about cars, yet not pushy. He was sincere and down to earth. Knowing the quality and reliability of Toyota (we own 4 – 1971, 1988, 2004 and now 2012) we headed directly to Toyota when looking for our next car. We had such a wonderful experience with purchasing our 2004 from Kirkland Toyota that it was the first and last place we knew we needed to go to get our driving solution.
To say our experience this time was excellent seems like it is not enough so I will say that the experience from Stephanie Freer and Tiffany and Roger and Armondo was EXCELLENT in all regards! We were carefully explained everything that we wanted to know and the differences between new and used and certified used and were allowed to make choices that were right for us. EVERY question we had regarding financing, operation and care of our new care was answered and made us feel valued as customers. We felt a strong connection to all that helped us and feel more like family than just customers!

I'm 68 years old and have bought and sold a lot of cars and trucks at many dealerships from Florida to Washington but NEVER have I been treated as well as I was at Toyota of Kirkland! Every employee we came in contact with treated my wife and I like we were the most important people to ever enter the dealership. The experience was phenomenal and that is an understatement to put it mildly! From the moment we set foot on the lot until the time we drove away in our new 2012 RAV4 we felt like royalty. Our salesman, Peter Hubris, was friendly and totally knowledgable about the car we were interested in, did not high pressure us rather explained why the RAV4 was a good fit for us. He answered all of our questions in a clear, concise manner. Every need we had was met.
Heck, he even bought us dinner! We we were 100% satisfied with the truly exceptional sales experience. At final signing, Daniel Gonzales exhibited complete knowledge of all the details, was friendly and saw to our every need. Professionalism plus is the only way to describe him.
The office staff out front handled transfer of our personalized license plate to the new RAV4 flawlessly and courteously. We see absolutely nothing that could have been done better.
We will certainly recommend Toyota of Kirkland to our family and friends.

Hello James (and the satisfaction team),
Our purchase experience was, without question, one of the best car buying experiences we've had. Peter and Alina were both very helpful and professional, and everything occurred without a hiccup or difficulty.
Unfortunately, our service experience has not been as smooth. As part of our purchase, we ordered an armrest for the Scion, which was to be installed today. When my wife arrived with our 11-month old, she was offered a loaner, an offer which was revoked. To kill time while the car was being serviced, my wife walked to a drug store with our daughter. 45 minutes later, as she arrived back at the dealership, she was called by your service department, only to be told that you didn't have the part and wouldn't for another 45 minutes.
Because my daughter was getting restless and my wife couldn't get a loaner, she asked for the car back immediately, so that she could reschedule the service and finish her errands with our daughter. She was then left waiting for another 25 minutes, without explanation, while her car was washed.
While I certainly appreciate the intention behind the car wash, this was horribly inconvenient. My wife and I are both very busy. It's difficult for us to find time for services like this. While we certainly understand that road bumps happen, such as the arm rest not having arrived, it's not acceptable to still have us come in at the scheduled time, without notice of delay, and fail to communicate any problems immediately.
I'm very pleased with my experience with Toyota of Kirkland. I believe that we were treated well and offered respectful deals from the moment we arrived at your dealership. I intend to consider this service issue as an anomaly (although it's easy for me to do so, as it was my wife who had to bear the burden of experiencing it), however, I do expect your team to make it right by working to reschedule the service and helping soften the impact that it will have on our schedule (the specifics of this must be worked out with my wife, who will be the one having the service done).

I must say that David Bradley and Efren Torres were an awesome team. David was so knowledgeable and listened to our needs and concerns. He never pressured us and I felt that he really knew his stuff. He is a real asset to your dealership and is an exemplar model for your business standards! Efren helped us with our decisions and showed us various options on the cars. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the test driving and options choices a smooth process. I must say I have NO buyer’s remorse what so ever! Roger Carr was a perfect host and we see him as a Trusted Advisor. We're from Europe and we are not used to some of the aggressive sales techniques nor the aggressive buying techniques we witnessed at some dealers. So we did some research online and with that in hand we felt we knew where we stood and what a fair price should be. Roger gave us great advise, made some good recommendations and he ensured a fair and civilized negotiation. I would easily state that Roger is the reason we bought at Toyota of Kirkland. The dealership felt great, they have a great selection and the premises are nice but not over the top, sales people seem very realistic in the way they approach customers and customers seem to feel secure and confident that they are getting great service and fair deals. I'd buy at TOK again in a heartbeat!

I wanted to take a moment and write an email to let you know how happy I have been not only with my 2000 Toyota 4 Runner but also with the service department at Toyota of Kirkland.
Regarding my car, unless there is a significant decline in quality I will most likely be a Toyota customer for life. In the 11 years I have owned my car, it has needed a few minor repairs, but it has also been reliable, dependable and has been the reason I made it home on snow on more than one occasion. I love the feel of the car, how it drives and the fact that even at it's age and with almost 170,000 miles on it still drives (mostly) like new.
But, your service department is also part of the reason I will continue to be a customer. As a woman, and not a particularly car savvy one at that, I have been treated by other car dealers as though I was either stupid or incapable of understanding what was going on with my car. I was once told that I did not know what I was talking about when I complained about a fluid leaking from under my car and was told it was just water off the air conditioning unit. When I pointed out that it was viscous and did not evaporate on concrete in August I was informed I must have made a mistake.
Your service department, on the other hand, has been much better. I have on occasion brought my car in just because it was making a funny noise or because something felt off and even though I could not describe it with more certainty, I have been treated with respect and courtesy. I understand that I don't know the ins and outs of my car, but I appreciate being spoken to in a manner that shows your team knows I am capable of understanding the issues. I have been told by people I know that car dealers will often recommend unnecessary procedures to increase the bill, but I have never felt that anything suggested by your service department was out of line and I have been treated with courtesy when I have brought my car in to be detailed (I have two German Shepherds who routinely ride with me and leave nose marks and hair all over the car, so I know an interior detail is not a light undertaking).
I would also like to specifically mention William Ristvet. I have had the opportunity to interact with Will on a number of occasions and he has always been polite, pleasant to interact with, has taken me seriously and addressed my concerns. While I know he deals with a lot of customers, he remembers who I am and my vehicle and makes me feel as though he genuinely cares about taking care of my needs.
I hope this email is a pleasant surprise. In my experience, people who ask to speak to or contact managers are generally unhappy or wish to make a complaint. I try to acknowledge when I am given a positive experience and wonderful service because I think people should be praised as well as criticized. I only apologize for not letting you know sooner that I have had a very positive relationship with Toyota of Kirkland (and it is specifically your dealership as I have been less pleased with other Toyota dealers in the past).

Toyota of Kirkland beat the price of the competition and that is what brought us to buy our 2011 Prius from their dealership. What sealed the deal was the excellent customer service we received from the sales manager Tony and especially from our sales associate, Jimmy Fox. He was most helpful throughout the appointment. I would definitely recommend Jimmy to anyone and will buy from Toyota of Kirkland if we decide on a Toyota for our next purchase.

I wish to say thank you for the service Mr. Kent Stamm did for me personally last week. I took my daughter’s car into your Kirkland garage for an oil change and it was the first time I had ever visited this Toyota dealership. His advice to me was greatly appreciated as he was honest and caring to me a new “kid” on the block so to speak. We discussed several items and I even purchased a new set of tires for my daughter after Kent found a cut in one tire. Thank you for the safety walk around. Kent rolled out the red carpet treatment from the minute I drove up to the garage door and never stopped until all jobs was completed and I was timely on my happy way. I now know why I drive several Toyota products today as well as my daughter. Keep up the great job of hiring caring employees as they are very rare these days.

I just wanted to let you know of the great service I had from William Ristvet on last Friday morning, February 17. I brought my ’99 Sienna in for an oil change and for an investigation of a sound I’d been hearing for weeks, if not months. I didn’t expect the level of personal attention I got from William. He was concerned about the noise I described and came with me for a drive around the block to listen to it-this was very impressive to me. He was able to describe for me about where it was coming from and let me know what it was. I felt confident in his knowledge of what was wrong because he had heard it first hand and with me-so I knew the correct problem would be fixed. Of course, there were more problems found once the investigation of the suspension system was done, and it was a very expensive visit. However, after a few big fixes, my van runs like a young thing again, and I can tell that good work was done.
I just really appreciated the fact that William was willing to take that drive so he could hear the problem with me and we could talk about what it was. It made me feel good about your dealership!

Our Highlander would not start today -- it's 7 years old and so is the battery. We called Toyota of Kirkland and Kent in the service department helped us and told us to drive to go ahead and Kirkland.
He told us that they were out of batteries but they would pull a new battery out of a brand new Highlander and put it in our car. All I can say is WOW!
When we got there they tested our battery for free and it showed it still had some life in it. Since a new battery cost $120+ we decided to keep the current battery. They washed our car and it cost us nothing.
Sure Toyota is expensive but the service department wen the extra mile for us! Very impressed with Kent and the dealer. Will go back again.

I really think your service department does a nice job. I have owned many many cars of all brands, from luxury to domestic. I'm impressed with your operation. I currently own a 2010 Range Rover (my wife's). I drive a Tacoma. Your operation is better than Range Rover of Bellevue.

I would like to let you know how very much I appreciated the outstanding customer service provided by Kent Stamm. We were broken down in an intersection during rush hour traffic and there was a lot of panic in my car! We had our paper work from when we had been in for service a month ago with his business card attached. I called him and he put me on hold and called the tow company. He then told me they would be calling me and were on their way. I was on my way to pick up my car at Jays Tint Shop and I knew if I didn’t get there within the next 20 minutes they would close and we would be without transportation. Kent came and picked me up and dropped me to get my car.
I have to commend him for rescuing us! All expense was covered under the warranty of the work we had previously had other than us choosing to have the radiator hoses replaced.
Again, huge kudos to Kent and to your dealership!

About a year and a half ago I moved to GA and I quickly found out that not all Toyota Dealerships have the same great customer service. I have found out that the dealership down here does not hold themselves to the same standard as your office does. They take hours to do a simple oil change and do not contact you when it is done even when you request it. When I ask them how many more service appointment I have on my account them just give me numbers to call that dont have the answers for me. I just wanted to thank your service department for their great service. I never hated getting my oil changed when I lived in WA because I know I would be In and Out quickly. Your staff is knowledgeable and trustworthy and now that I see how other dealerships treat their customers I see why people dread taking their car in. I long for the day I move back to WA and am able to take my car to a 5 star dealership.
I Just bought a 2009 4runner here and it was a great experience. I don't like the car buying experience but my sales person "Guy" was awesome. No pressure at all. I'm getting my accessories added today and the service dept is great, keeping me informed about the progress as it ended up being a bit longer than expected. Waiting room is nice and comfortable with free Starbucks coffee and if you are here early, some sweet treats too. I like that they also hand wash your car with the service too. I live in Seattle, actually very close to Lake City Toyota but feel the drive to Kirkland is well worth it

I have been a customer of Toyota of Kirkland for many years - I think it is about 12 years now. I am so happy with them that I have referred several friends to also purchase cars from them. The sales department is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.
However, the service department is a shining star. As a busy mom, I appreciate the ability to schedule an appointment to have service work done (either by phone or from my computer). When I arrive for my appointment, I am always greeted immediately and all paperwork for my service or repair is ready to go. I also appreciate that if I need a loaner car while my van is in for service, I can request one when I schedule my appointment. When I arrive, a loaner car is waiting for me.
Communication has always been stellar. When I drop off my car, I am always given an estimate on both cost and time. In my experience, they have always been very close. I am updated regularly as my problems are being diagnosed with both a time estimate as well as a change of cost.
I do have to say, that although I prefer to make an appointment for my service work, if you are in need of basic maintenance work like an oil change, there is no appointment necessary - just drive by and they can help you. Sure, you can go to a quick drive in place for an oil change, but I never do. I like that the service technicians check over my car and let me know if there is anything that I may need to keep my eye on, or call my attention to something that needs to be addressed. Of course the free carwash and quick interior vacuum is always a good thing too!
Toyota of Kirkland really knows how to take care of their customers. I will be returning to TOK for many more years to come!
5 Stars They only change and fix what is needed usually, great prices. Love the nearly-free car rental when I bring in for non-regular oil change work.

We had a great experience with the service department. They made an honest mistake in servicing our car and we had to have it corrected while on vacation in Canada. Adam, the service manager, handled the issue very promptly and in a friendly manner. Toyota of Kirkland credited us for the full amount that we spent having the car repaired in Canada. It is impressive to have a dealer stand by their service work so quickly and efficiently.

Met Carin online through email when I was shopping for Sienna. She sent me several emails where some went unanswered because I was busy. One morning I just woke up, emailed her - never waited for reply and I was on my to see her. Called Carin to let her know I would be there after 1 pm. Met Carin and she was a pleasure to meet. She was very patient with us. She walked us through all that we needed to know. Left the dealership to go back the next day. This time we talked to Paria because Carin had another customer but they coordinated. The finance team was just wonderful. Alina played her role so great. We left TOK that evening happy riding in our van back home. This was a worthy decision, and I thank the entire Toyota of Kirkland Team. I recommend everybody to TOK. Very happy with car shopping at Toyota of Kirkland. We were looking for a nice reliable car all over the Seattle area, and eventually found what we were looking for. Before making the final decision, we made several trips to this dealer and worked with two sales reps -- Andrew Ginn and Roger Carr -- both of them provided customized recommendations for us to make sure that we were happy with what we finally bought. All in all, this was a great experience.

My fiance and bought a 2011 Prius from Kenneth Casem at T.O.K and the whole buying experience from beginning to end was awesome. This was the most satisfying car buying experience I have ever had. The sales people were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Without any pressure we were able to reach a mutually agreeable price. After the purchase was complete, they discovered a scratch on the car. When it was determined it would need more than a simple repair, Toyota of Kirkland agreed to find us a replacement car which they did in very short order. Not only did we get a replacement car to our liking, it had additional options from the original car we had purchased and we received these options at no extra charge. They went that extra mile without even blinking an eye. We always felt like we were their number one priority.

In your email you asked that we email you as soon as possible if we had a less than excellent experience. I think it is just as important to recognize the good experiences as it is to point out a bad experience. All too often the only feedback people get are the negative. Well, I'd like to let you know how very pleasant our experience was last night when we came in to look at cars. We were thrilled that we gave Patrick his first sale. He is a wonderful and very friendly young man. I like to believe we bring some of that out in people, but we could tell that Patrick was very enthusiastic about his job and wanted to give us the best experience he could. He was successful. Next on the list is Guy. He was very willing to answer our questions and help us work a deal. He was extremely friendly and very enjoyable to work with. At no time during our dealings with either Patrick or Guy did we feel pressured to make a deal we wouldn't be happy with. After we grabbed dinner and came back we were graciously handed off to Martin to finalize the paperwork and discuss the additional options available to us. Once again we were treated with the utmost respect and he also was extremely friendly and more than willing to find a deal we could all be happy with. It's always so nice to be able to laugh and joke with the people we're dealing with and that happened every step of the way. Your team should be commended for their friendly, professional, and can do attitude. I honestly have to say this has been the most pleasant car-buying experience I've had. Just wanted to let you know of the EXCELLENT service I received from Minh Kha when I brought my 2004 Rav-4 in for service recently. I'm preparing to drive cross-country and it was important that I have the vehicle in tip-top mechanical shape for the trip. Minh's professionalism, knowledge level, friendliness, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service is to be commended. At every stage of the process--from helping me diagnose that ever-illusive "clicking noise" to seamlessly handling a road hazard warranty on my new tire, Minh took care of it all with a high degree of professionalism and a smile to boot. He even shared his bag of pretzel's with me--now that's customer service!
So, five stars for this young man and for the entire service operation at Toyota of Kirkland!!!

I received excellent customer service from Roger Carr at Toyota of Kirkland. I came in, they inspected the car, and gave me my options. He was very professional and friendly and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and did whatever it took to make the deal for me. Tyler, a new salesperson was also great showing me the different options of cars and took me for a test drive. This was my very first visit to your establishment. I've never been impressed by the Toyota dealership in Seattle, so I did not know what to expect when I drove up to your lot; however, I was promptly greeted by Sean Morris when I arrived "earlier than expected" and was checked in very quickly. I was then whisked away by Harold Jaffee who not only drove the shuttle car under cover so I would not get rained on, but also made my ride such a wonderful experience! He was such a joy to ride with because he knew how to take care of his customer! :) I have to tell you, it is the little things. that keep a customer coming back to an establishment. Washing my car was by far the best thing you could've EVER done for me!!! I have an incredibly busy schedule, and to walk out and see that my car was not only washed, but also vacuumed and straightened up on the inside well, I have to say, I would've paid extra for that service had it been offered!!! That, in and of itself, is a touch that goes above and beyond in my book as I'm a busy professional and mother of two who really never has a moment to breathe, let alone wash my car! Thank you SO much for the wonderful service, Sean and Harold. I look forward to my next visit!

We were looking for two used cars at once and had the fortune to have David Bradley help us out. He was great. Don't know about their other salesfolk, but my wife and I found David to be the perfect salesman. Courteous, respectful, well-informed, not pushy, and honest. I've been taking the cars there for regular service since then, and I've never had any issues. I love the free muffin and coffee service they have, and the complimentary shuttle to take you and from work if you need it.
Sorry about the delay in sending this comment on the service received on 12/18/11 to my Solara. I expected a survey after the completion of service so that I may provide my comments, but failing that, I wanted to let you know my thoughts in this email now.
The purpose of my visit for service on Dec 18th was to approve and provide extended warranty work as needed. Mike was my service consultant. My complaint was noise from the serpentine belt or an accessory associated with the same. Mike had the diagnostic work completed and noted that the water pump was showing signs of failure. The time of day was such that the warranty provider's office was closed and approval would be the next business day. I returned the next business day to complete approval and work. Mike was very helpful in completing the process of approval and scheduling the work. Mike informed me that my car would be due for 90K timing belt service soon and it would be a good time to complete this work in conjunction with the current work to save me several hundreds of dollars if I waited to complete this at a later date.
My car service was completed timely and the original noise complaint was gone. It was very gratify to have Mike consultant me with getting the warranty work and the bulk of my 90K service completed with the best possible price. It was particularly important to complete this work timely due to that my extended warranty was due to expire in just 30 more miles.
I have choices as to where I take my two Toyota cars for service and I have chosen TOK due to the friendly service consultants like Mike and the professional service of my car by the technicians.

Thank you for your patience regarding the time of commenting back on the Jeep situation.
First of all, I am truly amazed at how the situation was handled. While it was stressful and I loved the Jeep, I feel much more safe in the Rav 4. I am incredible thankful that the dealership was accommodating and welling to work with me. I believe in a previous email I mentioned that when I was 15 years old and looking for cars, my mom and I test drove a Rav 4. So, this has truly been a blessing in disguise because nine years later I have my dream car. Tommy has been absolutely phenomenal in assisting us with getting a quality and safe vehicle. Even after the purchase of the Jeep, Tommy came out to get a signature and called to see how I was feeling about the Jeep. Even after the purchase of my Rav 4, Tommy called to make sure everything was running okay. The amount and dedication of this dealership is something to be shared. Everyone at the dealership should be proud of the work they conduct. I did not feel as though I was just "another person who bought a car," but actually an individual. The work ethic and customer service is something that is unheard and I can safely say that I will be a Toyota owner for life. I have also passed the word along to my family and friends. Everyone has been literally "blown" away. Thank you for looking at my unique individual situation and continued support. I LOVE the Rav 4...it is perfect and has been the wait. The week of October 22 to the 26th, my husband and I sought out the beginning stages of our need for a vehicle change. I went to other dealerships, and test-drove SUV's, including the X5, the Yukon and some other SUV's. The last experience was driving an X5 at Bellevue BMW. The Sales specialist that assisted me was no help, and did not give me the time of day. He rolled his eyes after I requested to test drive an X5. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and focus on why I was there.
However, I was not appalled of the way he treated my sister and me until I went to Toyota of Kirkland. I walked in and met Andrey (tall dark hair). I know you have two people with that similar name. He greeted me and really calmed me down with the entire SUV buying process. I kind of vented on him the entire frustrating experience I had just had with BMW (mind you our other car we own is a BMW!). I sat down and told him that I was a bit of an emotional wreck and apologized for me seeming a bit frazzled. Andrey assured me, he calmed me down, and provided extraordinary customer service. He is educated, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for me.
Ali, one of your Managers, also provided me with extraordinary customer service. Truly, the entire experience was wonderful with Ali and Andrey.
We are going to purchase a 4Runner. It did not work out that week; however, I hope that my husband and I can purchase our 4Runner from Andrey and Ali in the future. I wanted to send this as a THANK YOU!!!! The level of professionalism, and leadership that you have working within Toyota of Kirkland, I am thrilled with.

There's a reason I refer my friends to TOK and part of that is the exceptional customer service.
From my first Toyota purchase experience with Martin Ciucci to the customer service when I bring my car in for regularly scheduled services. I was in last Saturday, the 23rd and Joel Sarillana was prompt and friendly in handling my oil/filter service.
I'm writing because when I returned to my car, there was a ring in my cupholder which I thought was lost to me forever! Earlier in the week, I had looked through my car thoroughly (or so I thought) and several rooms and purses and bags in my home, with no success. I was so disappointed since the ring had been purchased at a very special time in my life. So, when I saw that ring in my car cupholder after my wash and vaccuum at TOK, my belief in the integrity of the TOK staff was cemented.

I just wanted to follow up to let you know how my experience went this time around. I made my appt w/Sean Morris on Thursday (for Sat @ 10:30am) when I did not hear back from you. I explained you authorized a free interior/exterior detail for my car, wanted the traction control to be looked at and also have my recall for my clamp looked at when I bring in my car. When I arrived at TOK on Sat. around 10:20am, I was greeted and I told the person that I made my appt w/Sean and he came out. He was very courteous and had the information in the computer that I already set up prior and a loaner was ready for me. He gave me a phone call around 2:30pm to let me know the status and to bring the loaner back between 4:30-:00pm and my car should be ready by then. I arrived at 4:45pm and my car was ready. This was a much better experience and my detail looks great! Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.

On Monday I entered your lot and was helped by Peter Hubris. He was friendly and polite and intelligent. We test drove the Solara convertible and then he had me look at some others you had available. Always with a positive attitude. I am very ill and have diabetes and at one point I got very low, he noticed and turned around behind his desk and handed me a delicious sandwich. Thank you Peter. After completing the deal I was given to Stuart Turck who also was incredible, friendly and knowledgeable. He wrote up the deal that we will complete soon. You have a great couple of guys and I greatly appreciate it. This dealership is like nothing I have ever experienced.

I've never taken the time to send anyone a follow-up email after an appointment before, but you deserve recognition. Over a month ago, I came in to the service area last minute as my head light had gone out and I was about to take a trip. I normally just drop my car off, but I was really in the mood to learn, and when I asked if you would show me how to change it myself, you were not only accommodating, but extremely nice to point out all the tips and tricks to replacing my head light bulb It's not as scary as I thought J. Our flights were both on-time and comfortable which always makes traveling better. Our accommodations at the Marriott were pretty amazing as you can see from the attached picture. This is a note of appreciation for your help in getting my wife's Avalon repaired and back on the road. This note is way over due. I have not forgotten your valued assistance.
February of this year, my wife Jan's Avalon developed a serious oil leak. At the time Jan was in a hospital in Tukwila where she was being weaned off of a ventilator. The car had been driven to the hospital in Tukwila. It was whilte it was parked in the parking lot of the hospital that we noticed oil had formed a small lake under the car. We realized driving the car any further would jeopardize damagine the engine.
I called Toyota of Kirkland to have the car moved from Tukwila to Kirkland. You responded to my call for help. I really appreciate your help in contacting the towing company and arranging for the car to be picked up. You took care of everything; I just needed to provide the driver with the location of the hospital.
After the car was delivered, you met me and I turned the keys over to you, you took care of everything - until the car was repaired and ready for pickup. You provided periodic updates as to the condition of the repair. You let me know of the problems that were discovered after the engine was torn down. You provided estimated completion dates, which had to slide, after additional problems were discovered. You went out of your way to keep me informed of the progress. That was very much apprecialted
My wife has had her Avalon serviced at many Toyota dealerships. When we learned of the oil leak, she would not let me take her car to any other dealership, or business, but Toyota of Kirkland. She has had her car serviced there for several years before this problem. She trusted the mechanics and personnel at Toyota of Kirkland to take excellent care of her car. She was right - you took good care of us.
When everything on the Avalon was working, you contacted me to come and pick up the car. When you met me in the waiting room, you took a copy of the receipt for the towing. You had mentioned before that you might be able to provide reimbursement of half of the cost of towing. You were able to refund the total cost of the towing. Amazing service.
I love, love, LOVE my RAV4 and we found that Martin Ciucci was such a pleasure to work with. Totally didn't seem like a car salesman...thank GOD! I hate the whole car shopping process, and other than the hour or so wait to see the finance guy on a Friday night, the ordeal wasn't bad.

I recently purchased a 2010 Prius from your dealership and was told I would be receiving a survey. Either I deleted it in email or somehow lost it because I don't recall getting it. In lieu of the survey, I wanted to write a letter to let you know I had a very good experience with purchasing my Prius.
First of all, buying a car is NOT one of my favorite things to do. Secondly, I bought my other Toyotas from Michaels Toyota in Bellevue. When Dorn Sprague moved to your dealership, we moved with him. He has always given us such excellent service, that we chose to follow him.
Dorn referred me to Martin Ciucci to purchase a 2010 Prius. That was about last spring. Martin was very patient with me and stayed in contact when he thought there was a car in that either I might want or just to see colors. Yes, color was my issue and Martin was great about that.
I finally purchased my 2010 Prius on September 24th and am very happy with it. Margin was excellent about making my car-buying experience as 'painless' as possible, which I really appreciated. Years ago when I was purchasing Toyotas, I was turned off by your dealership because of the sales people being very pushy so I never went back. Now having experienced this latest purchase, I will continue to buy my Toyotas from T of K. I wanted you to know you have two very valuable employees.

Even though I am out of the state I called him for advice. Every time I spoke with him he was polite and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me frank and polite answers to my questions and did not pull any punches. Mr. Dawson went so far as to speak with me on his cell phone after he left work. I spent ten years in retail sales management and I would have been proud to have Mr. Dawson as my employee. Because of your employee, I made a decision to purchase a Toyota vehicle (FJ Cruiser). I am told that you are the manager at Toyota of Kirkland, and I wanted to write to you to tell you about a wonderful employee that you have.
My husband and I bought a new, 2009 Toyota Highlander from your dealership at the end of August, 2009. We were very pleased with Ian Southall, the salesman who helped us. Ian was truly a joy to work with!
My husband had heard good things about your business from several people, including his bus-buddy and several co-workers. And we had already had a horrible car-shopping experience at Chevy, so we decided to give T.O.K a try.
Right off the bat, our experience with your dealership was night-and-day-different from any other dealership! Ian Southall was the first person to greet us. He came out almost immediately to say hello, but there was something very different about him... He was very laid-back. We both liked that! (Especially after our horrid experience at Chevy only the day before.)
I was very up-front with Ian, and told him, (probably a little too defensively), that we were just looking; that I was not going to buy a car today; that while I planned to purchase fairly soon, I was not going to rush into anything.
Ian was simply wonderful! He was very easy-going and made both me and my husband feel welcome to take our time just looking around. He asked if we had any questions; he asked what kind of vehicles we had seen before; he asked what kind of features we were hoping to get in a new vehicle; he asked what kind of things disappointed us about our current vehicle; he asked how we planned to primarily use the new vehicle - as a commuter car? Or perhaps a family vehicle, etc.
Ian really LISTENED to all of our answers. He asked the right kind of questions to glean information about which kind of vehicle might be right for us. Ian showed us several different models, but right away, we narrowed our choices down to two: the Sequoia, and the Highlander.
And though we came back to your dealership several more times to look, (once, we even brought our luggage and kids with us, just to see if they would all fit!), Ian never pressured us. For me, that was HUGE. Right there, by not being pushy, Ian earned my trust. And when we had a question that he didn't know the answer to, rather than bluffing his way through, he was honest and admitted that he didn't know, and he went to find the answer for us. Again, that was huge! Really refreshing.
I probably drove Ian nuts, coming back again and again. He patiently let me test drive the Sequoia and the Highlander over and over again, over the course of several days. (I was really pining away for the Sequoia, but it would have been such a big stretch for our budget.) Never once, did Ian ever give the slightest indication that we were wasting his time with our indecisiveness. And he patiently pointed out the advantages to each vehicle that we were considering. Ian even called me at home a few times to ask if there were any other questions I might still have that would help me to make the right decision for our family. (And no, not once did any of his phone calls seem pushy! He was always so friendly and easy-going about the process.)
Eventually, after going over the numbers with my husband and making a pro-con list, we chose to buy the fully-loaded Highlander. (I still pine away for that beautiful Sequoia, but I just couldn't justify the final price tag, nor the cost of the gas to keep it fueled.)
And even after the sale was completed, Ian didn't just move on to the other "bait" - No, he has continued to follow-up with us via the phone and email, to make sure that we are still satisfied with our purchase. Not that's what I can excellent customer service!!
I am sorry to make this letter so very long. But I wanted you to know what a wonderful employee you have in Ian Southall! He really deserves a big raise and some kind of recognition.
It is because of Ian-and his easy-going manner-that we finally purchased our new vehicle from you, and not from another dealer. Ian Southall was truly a joy to work with, and he made the whole process of buying a new car actually a pleasant one! (Even the dreaded "negotiation" phase!)
I guarantee you that I will highly recommend Toyota of Kirkland - and especially Ian Southall - to all my friends and neighbors. Because of Ian Southall, you have earned a customer for life!

I was sitting in the customer lobby this morning, waiting for my car, when Gabriel came in to talk with the woman seated next to me. He was informing her that her car would be delayed somewhat and he offered her 3 options for dealing with it. She was so tiresome with her complaints about the delay and refusal to even consider the options that I--usually very patient myself--was ready to jump down her throat! However, Gabriel remained throughout (about 10 minutes I would say) very calm and polite with her until she finally agreed to one of the options.
I was for many years a trainer in conflict mgmt. and was very impressed with his skills and composure!

Despite it being pretty busy when I arrived, Sean greeted me cheerfully and processed my car very quickly. I was in and out in the time period as promised - and Sean even offered to have my car washed (it looked great afterwards). My experiences at your dealership are always good but Sean's demeanor and professionalism really stood out and I just wanted you to know! We loved Paria from the first time we met her when we began our search for the perfect Highlander over a year ago... she is considerate and professional and, as is evident from our eventual purchase, extremely persistent! I finally came in and bought the car myself so my husband would stop coming by for "test drives" with this gorgeous woman! (Great selling tactic.) Today I had to come back in to get a quick service on the Highlander.. and she offered me her own car if I wanted to run some errands... but why would I leave... you guys are too good to me!)
Jocelyn took us on a test ride one time when Paria was out and was so fun and personable and not-Salesy about sales... which we love!
I called to come in to test drive while my Sienna was being serviced. Paria wasn't in so Sasha picked me up at the main lot and drove me down to Used. Then, because my daughter had just come home from school, he took us through a drive through on our test drive to get a bite to eat, all while we waited for our Sienna to be serviced! It doesn't get any sweeter than that!
Ronny K. saw a part that was missing from the used Highlander we purchased. He took the initiative without anyone mentioning it and went out of his way to find the part and find us even though we had moved on to the other lot!
Stewart was awesome in finance... probably everyone who has been through the process of buying from a dealership would agree... this isn't always the most fun part. But I can honestly say... Stewart was the BEST! This is the first time I have enjoyed the finance process! He is awesome please give him a raise!
Raad finished up when Stewart went to the wedding... He was equally personable and professional... not an easy to find combination... Raad definitely deserves a raise as well or at least a new TOK jacket (which is just as valuable)!

Hope this note finds all well at the Toyota of Kirkland. We own 2 Toyotas (Sienna & Corolla) and have been coming to Toyota of Kirkland for service ever since we moved to WA a couple of years ago. We also have two sons who are huge Car fans, like many boys. But one of our sons is especially fond of Toyotas, namely RAV4.
Last Monday (8/11) while waiting for service on our Sienna, we walked in to the showroom for our 11 year old's "Toyota Fix". He LOVES everything about Toyota's and has been collecting Toyota model cars, parts and posters & T-Shirts ever since he was a little boy. For two years we've been trying to rent a RAV4 as a treat for a special occasion for him, and of course Toyota RAV4's are not available on any rental fleet.
As we walked in to the showroom, we were greeted by a very kind and thoughtful person. Mr. Wayne Van Dine greeted us and asked if we had been helped, I explained it was our son's birthday and he LOVES RAV4's and wondered if it were possible to go for a test drive in one. I fully expected that it would not be possible ... but to our amazement and delight, Mr. Van Dine took us for a test drive.
He was an exemplary in his customer relations and service. I have raved about him to all our families and friends who are all most impressed by Mr. Van Dine's act of kindness. I know that if any of us are ever in the market for a Toyota, we WILL go to Toyota of Kirkland,
Shayan, our little man got his ultimate birthday present and I videotaped him in the RAV4. Since then he's watched his ride in the RAV 4 at least 10 times with glee. Mr. Van Dine also gave him a very generous gift, a Toyota Cap (which he will cherish) and balloons for his birthday.
On a personal note, Mr. Van Dine reminded us that there is kindness, compassion & generosity here in the Northwest and there are angels among us and we will never forget that.
On July 1 around 4:30 my 02 Camry Solara had a completely dead battery...by the time I got it over to TOK after a jump start it was close to closing time.
Maybe it was the look of desperation in my eyes, but William jumped right in and solved the problem together with you...I think you somehow sourced a battery out of parts after they were closed and had it installed in lickety split time and I was down the road motors.
I am very proud of your service and great attitude, and like anybody else, you wanted to go home, it was late. Please thank the Tech who hung in there to install it as well.

I would like to bring it to ur notice and attention i have received good customer service from Toyota of Kirkland pre-owned vehicles dept. I was there on Wednesday to look out for 4runners and i happen to come across one and the experience of buying it with the sales person PARIA Z. was really nice.
She understood my approach of earlier experiences of buying cars and then she walked me through as to how convenient and easy it is and she knew what she was talking about. I am very much satisfied by the deal that i got on my 4runner and i would like to send some of my colleagues and friends who are up for buying cars in this economy. She not only had the answers to HOW and WHAT but she could easily get my attention to the WHY part also. I consider my self a tough negotiator when it comes to price and all, but let me tell u some thing, she did not loose ground also. She was as tough as i was getting and she negotiated the right deal and made it look reasonable.
The dealership has the right vehicles for the right prices. I mean i have surveyed all the dealerships and no one comes any close or any better to the standards u guys have maintained.
My experience with Alex Slassi the Finance Manager was also very amazing. Though the paper work looked tedious and too many signatures were required from my side, it went through smoothly.
I know there are a very few or even hand full of orgnisations out there who treat and respect customers well and deal with them in a just manner. I am sure u guys are one among that list. This is only my preliminary response from a day's worth of dealing. I am sure down the line i shall have more to respond to in good terms when i bring my SUV for servicing and maintenance check ups.

Our experience with TOK was the best "car buying experience" we have had.
From our first phone contact with Aaron Kesseler, to our actual purchasing process with Eric Lovely and the final contract singing with Stuart Turck.
We were treated with respect by every one that we came in contact with and at no point did we feel pressured to do something that we didn't want to. We came in knowing what my husband wanted and you had the product and it was in the color we were looking for. We were given the time to make the decision to buy and we feel we received a fair deal on our purchase.
Your staff that we dealt with have the most important qualities when it comes to customer service. They make you feel as if you as customers are of value, that you disserve respect, an honest answer to your questions and their valuable time. They went above and beyon in every area of our contact with them and are excellent at what they do.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Toyota of Kirkland.
This is the 6th car I have purchased in my long life and the best experience of them all. TofK was the 4th and last dealer for this latest car search. If I or any of my friends or family are car shopping in the future you can count on Toyota of Kirkland being our first and only stop.
Everyone that was part of the journey was helpful and seemed to enjoy their role in the car buying process.
But what especially made this experience enjoyable was the expertise of Martin Ciucci. I was treated with respect and understanding during the whole process. Martin helped narrow down what I wanted and creatively made it work.
I appreciated the education I got along the way (lease vrs. purchase; car features etc). He was genuine and patient-not a small feat since we worked together most of the day.
If you had any part in hiring Mr. Ciucci you deserve kudos. If he were my employee I would be sure he was being compensated well so he sticks around!

We were in yesterday and bought a RAV4 from Angela. I wanted to pass on to you and let you know she did a wonderful job. Very friendly, professional and a joy to work with. We also became crunched for time, we had a dinner engagement at 5:00, and the finance guys were very busy. Stewart got us in and out of financing in record time. He did a great job of going over everything and we were out of there and made it go our engagement only 5 minutes late. Pretty impressive since we left the dealership at 4:30 got our son some dinner at Bugermaster, fed the dogs, changed clothes and got to Main Street Bellevue by 5:05... I bought a truck from TOK on Thursday. My third Toyota. I could not tell you who sold me the first two. David really did do what needed to be done. Without whining or question. This time the truck was difficult to find (apparently) because several dealers tried to cause me to blow smoke rings.

Last Friday evening my wife Gail and I decided to head over to the dealership "just to look around". "We are not buying a car tonight", she said adamantly. She was right, kind of; we ended up buying two.
A little history: about a month ago, my Gail came in to look at a hybrid vehicle. She worked with Larry Stiltz, and ended up buying the Camry Hybrid. I have never seen her this happy about a new car. The other piece worth mentioning was her experience. Larry was helpful, informative, knowledgeable, unassuming and patient. She not only raved about the car, but also about the helpful salesman who helped her in her decision making.
So, when we decided last week to just "look around", we were fortunate to find Larry available. Once again, he knew his stuff, answered our questions and made us feel entirely comfortable with our decisions.
We are now the proud owners of a new Camry Hybrid, Scion TC and a Rav 4. And frankly, I don't know which one I like better. They are all wonderful. (But you probably know that.)
The main purpose of this email is really to compliment Larry, whose helpfulness and knowledge provided for an excellent experience. I can't tell you how many people stop me and ask about my wonderful car and I love to sing Toyota of Kirkland praises. I am now a loyal Toyota customer and will never buy another car but Toyota.

I just wanted to drop a note and let you know that I had a wonderful experience buying my new Rav4 from your dealership last week. Mike Young contacted me about my interest in a new vehicle. I was at the very beginning of looking at getting a new car-yours was the first dealership I visited and the first new cars I test-drove-and I walked out of your dealership on Friday as a new Toyota owner! I wasn't even expecting to buy a car that day, and yet I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable during the process. Mike was so nice and friendly-not at ALL the typical "sleazy car salesman" type; I felt like I was buying a car from a favorite uncle. He didn't even try to show me the vanity mirror, and as a woman I really appreciated being taken seriously as a car buyer who was interested in the mechanics and features of the investment I was making.
Your finance manager-Alex-was also wonderful. Again, I didn't feel pressured and yet I walked out of there with a new car that very day! He was informative and helpful, and helped me to understand the process and my finance options. I didn't feel embarrassed about my somewhat-less-than-perfect credit, and felt that Alex was going to do everything he could to help me get a great rate on my new car.
Your team is excellent, and I would recommend the Toyota of Kirkland dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a new car or truck. I had a wonderful experience, and I look forward to attending some of the new owner groups. :)

I recently had the opportunity to purchase a new car from your dealership. David Bradley was my sales person and Tony was whom I dealt with in finance and I was introduced to Dan (head of sales) who made sure his staff had taken care of me in a professional manner.
Metaphorically let me put it this way. It was like going to a great restaurant for dinner. I was allowed to go over the menu without having the waiter stand over my shoulder constantly. When I was ready, David took the order, explained the options, took me for a drive and delivered on time. When the bill came Tony thoroughly explained each item on the bill and made sure I was satisfied. I felt like I had eaten a great meal with outstanding service at a fair price.
Now here's the problem. I now find myself leaving work earlier than normal just to drive the car! I hope you understand that if I get caught I may need your assistance in helping me explain my curious behavior to the boss.
Going forward I will make sure that your dealership is at the top of my discussions when people ask about buying a new or used car.

Our experience with Toyota of Kirkland was one of the best car purchases we have ever had.
Everyone on the team was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, especially Larry, CJ, and Vanessa. Larry and CJ bent over backwards to find us the Camry Hybrid in a different color, CJ was on the phone for over an hour looking and never gave up. We finally decided on the black one that was on your showrooms floor.
Besides the fact that the car is smarter than I am we love the car.
